Will be a top product once the bugs are worked out!.
Once the company fixes the issues then I would expect the price of this product to go up. However, I am not sure why they have not edited their advertisement as the faces/zones feature is broken if trying to use it with iPhoto (iLife '11). It did work with the previous version but as iPhoto was updated some of the assumptions the PulpMotion developers made are now invalid. Need to do some re-engineering.Encoding the project, any project is very time consuming 30+ minutes. Save the encoding for when you need to do something else like go to the gym or grocery store.The Themes are great!
Pros: - many variations on themes
- numerous ways to control attributes in each theme
- interface is very easy to use
- website provides nice tutorials/ideas
Cons: - faces/zones of interest interface does not work with iPhoto (iLife '11)
- slow to encode even a simple project
- exporting/importing and encoding multiple animations is very slow, almost unusable
